Booking is required at Zen Bodywork wellness clinic- located on the front side of the property, follow sign for zen bodywork clinic, providing Traditional Chinese Medicine,  remedial massage and beauty services.  Coming through side gate (red colour),  granny flat is to the right side of downstairs.  No steps, easy access. Laundry is $5/ per wash, please leave money in the jug located in the backyard laundry. Can ride bike all the way to boondall wetland park, nice day activity. Free parking at sue’s corner car park or street parking. Paid Parking inside the property with remote control is $10/day, payable at property upon request.  Walking distance  to Boondall entertainment Centre,  boondall train station, direct train to city.
